グランドオープンも無事迎えることができ、








毎日、

仕込みとアクシデントに追われながら

楽しく頑張ってます。






クレーム・キャラメルとかｗｗ

イイ感じのサカナさん見つけたり・・・・




唯一

生で食べられる

ノルウエーサーモンおろしてみたり・・・






で、


サーモンのアラでキャンプ風カレーしてみたりと、










毎日、楽しいですが、




折れそうな時も・・・・




なぜか若い時から

口ずさんでしまうフレーズ・・・・
